In October, GoParksLondon organised a walk with the Great Eastern Parks Route and The Tree Musketeers through Hackney green and blue spaces.

We started along the River Lea, then on to Hackney Marshes, Daubeney Fields, and back to Hackney Marshes and finishing at the tree nursery.

We were guided by a member of the Tree Musketeers and a member of the friends group from Daubeney Fields, who shared the history of these spaces as well as information on nature and biodiversity. It was an informative walk, and you can see excerpts in this video here. (Credit: Michael Shilling)
