Enfield's Bush Hill Park is one of the many London public spaces benefitting from the Co-Op's Community Fund. Charities around local stores can apply to be one of that store's beneficiaries in their community fund, and it's the shoppers who vote to decide which cause receives funding.

Carole Todd of the Friends of Bush Hill Park said:

We have a children's play area, football pitches, outdoor gym and skateboard park. We also have boxing and croquet clubs and both a wildlife and a kitchen garden. Sadly, many visitors can't name plants or wildlife found here. The Co-op funding will help us address that by paying for an interpretation board displaying and naming the creatures and trees found in the park.
