Horn Park is a local resource with relatively few built facilities. However, it features a woodland area rich in natural life as well as conservation and mown grassland, and the view from the mid-point of the park is extensive and surprising. The playground for older children is well equipped and the one for younger children has recently been refurbished to a very high standard.
