You will love the peace and quiet that this extensive area of ancient woodland just five miles from central London affords. The wood consist largely of hornbeams and oaks. A wide variety of birds live in the Wood and this also where the Moselle, Haringey's hidden river, has its source. With the changing seasons there is always something new to see hear and enjoy.
