If you have published a contact email on a website for a Park Friends Group in London then we will email you to ask if you would like to be part of the Big Green Map Project. In replying, you will be added to our database of published contacts in order to ask you if you would like to create a listing for your community group for GoParksLondon. CPRE London is working in partnership with other organisations on the GoParksLondon campaign. These organisations are the London Friends of Green Spaces Network, Greenspace Information for Greater London CIC (GiGL), Revolution Consultancy & Design Limited, London Parks and Gardens Trust, City of London’s City Bridge Trust and National Park City Foundation. CPRE London will be responsible under GDPR regulations for contacts, data and information supplied for the purposes of this map.
We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of CPRE London (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers such as Google Spreadsheets).
We will hold contact information for GoParksLondon only for the purposes of the project, i.e. the promotion of London parks and their Friends Groups, and to ask for updates for the park map listings and to assist with the effective management of the project, for example to ask for further information.
